Headstar is an innovative publishing and events company based in Brighton and Hove. We publish two market-leading independent email newsletters, E-Government Bulletin on the use of ICT to modernise public services and improve democracy; and E-Access Bulletin on access to technology by blind people and people with other disabilities. Both publications are free to receive.

We run a series of conferences and events on technology and social issues including e-Democracy; Building the Perfect Council Website; e-Access; and Flexible and Mobile Working in the Public Sector.

Other areas of work include running or helping to run online debates, consultation and discussion, using our unique 'virtual think-tank' methods; and polling, research, consultancy and thought leadership in all our areas of expertise.
